Mathilda has represented HKU as an oralist in Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competitions for two consecutive years (2019 and 2020) . In Jessup 2019, she has been selected to be the oralist for the final round in the Regional Round and won against her opponent. The Jessup team in which she participated also won Best Memorials Prizes for both the Applicant and the Respondent in that year. The HKU of which she was a participant team competed in the International Round in Washington D.C. against other top law schools from around the world. Mathilda ranked the first in her PCLL class of 2019-2020 for Matrimonial Practice & Procedure.
